“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
-Charles Darwin

If you’ve a outstanding memory, then you should call back that on our homepage we declared that gaining muscle mass is uncomplicated and that all you need to do is four things. Well, in case you forgot, here’s the recapitulation:

In Principle…

GAINING MUSCLE IS ELEMENTARY…

All You Need to Do is These Four Things:

1. Consider that it’s Possible for You

(Have the Right Mind Set and Beliefs)

2. Give Your Body the Stimulus it Demands to Grow

(Through Optimal Work Outs)

3. Provide the Necessary Building Blocks

(Via Quality Nourishment and Supplementation)

4. Then Take it Easy and Let Your Body Grow

(By Employing Various Rest and Recovery Processes .)

Well, right there on the homepage we gave you the good news and the 4 Pillars of Rapid Body Transformation! Then we gave you the bad news……

The HARD part is EXECUTING these four things…consistently and correctly, all the time!

Welcome to Reality!

Okay, that’s not actually bad news… it’s simply that it requires a certain mind-set and amount of discipline to incorporate these habits into your everyday life-style. Making a body transformation does demand a smidgeon of selflessness, but the small things you give up will typically be things that are holding you back and limiting you anyways. Of course you still may consider them fun… but I digress.

Minuscule Habits Can Change Your Life

Small habits can alter your life… for better or worse. Consequently it makes sense to substitute any bad habits that limit and overcome you with positive habits that will empower you and allow you to create the life you truly want to live. The choice is yours and your results will be largely dependent on your power to adjust and embrace positive change. Reread the quote at the beginning of this article.

Humanity and all animals to a degree are creatures of habit. We get stuck in our routines and everyday patterns. It is these tendencies that have created the body and life that you now find yourself in. So take a good look at your life and decide if what you have is what you genuinely want. Is this the experience you desire? If so, then alter nothing.

Nevertheless, if you are less than ecstatic about your body image or life situation… then it is up to you and you alone to alter it. Whining and complaining will get you no where. No one is coming to save you. No one else really cares; they are too concerned with their own dilemma.

The only savior in this world is the one that looks back at you in the mirror every morning. It is this individual that you must depend on. It is this person that has the ability to change your circumstances. It is this person and only this individual that can summon the desire, willpower, discipline, and passion to attain success in whatever form success is desired.

Success is nothing more than the realization of the goals you have set forth. As long as you have set an attainable goal and are working towards its achievement, then by definition you are a success. You are never a failure until you quit trying or give up hope. Your victory must start with self-victory and that means your ability to master the self. You must learn to take control over your self, over your thoughts, over your words, over your actions. In doing so, you accomplish self-mastery and with it the ability to create the life you desire.

Employ this self-mastery towards integrating the four pillars into your every day habits and watch your body and life transform rapidly. The speed and degree of the transformation lies in your ability to embrace change and use it to your advantage.
